Our finned heat exchangers are always tailor-made for customer-specific applications and are available in many different materials. Economisers, flue gas coolers, pre-heaters, dryers, ... are the solution when designing plants that operate more efficiently and reduce operating costs.
The housing of our heat exchangers are available in carbon steel or stainless steel.
The finned tubes are available in various combinations:
Carbon steel tubes with aluminium fins (seawater-resistant aluminium also available)
Stainless steel tubes with aluminium fins(seawater-resistant aluminium also available)
Carbon steel tubes with galvanised steel fins
Stainless steel tubes with stainless steel fins

Economisers and flue gas coolers
Our economisers and flue gas coolers are designed to recover waste heat and use it elsewhere. They are commonly used on steam boilers to increase efficiency. The modular design allows us to recover energy at both small and large volumes. Different types of tubes made of carbon steel or stainless steel allow us to offer solutions from both gas combustion and oil combustion. For condensing, we can equip the flue gas cooler with stainless steel smooth tubes and housing so that corrosion is excluded.
Pre-heaters
Our pre-heaters are used for preheating air or other gaseous substances. The modular design allows us to recover energy for both small and large volumes. By using different types of finned tubes, we can provide a solution for both clean and slightly dirtier gas flows. Heating can be done with steam or hot water.
Air dryers
Our air dryers are used for air drying. The modular design allows us to dry air at both small and large volumes. By using different types of finned tubes, we can provide solutions for both clean and slightly more polluted air flows. Heating can be done with steam or hot water. Apart from the air dryer, we can also provide the fittings and steam/water supply and discharge.
Air cooled heat exchangers
Our air-cooled finned heat exchangers are used as steam condensers or liquid coolers. Fluids can range from water to thermal oils. Our exchangers can be set up in a modular way so that large capacities can be cooled. They can be equipped as a tabletop model with vertical airflow or as a standing model with horizontal airflow.
